ZMA Supplement Description
Increase Your Testosterone Levels

ZMA supplement has recently been one of the most talked about bodybuilding supplements. ZMA is a scientifically designed anabolic mineral formula supplement that contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and Vitamin B-6.

However, many bodybuilders don't know exactly what this supplement can do for them. Then again, does it even work? In this section, we will highlight some benefits and suggested products. So, please read the following vital description to help raise your understanding.

ZMA Supplement Information

ZMA supplement, if taken as recommended, can increase free testosterone by 30% while boosting IGF-1 (or Insulin Like Growth Factor-1) levels significantly. It is also an all-natural product that has been clinically confirmed to increase anabolic hormone levels and muscle strength in trained athletes.

ZMA Supplement Benefits

Another overlooked benefit is improved sleep patterns. Most people identify a deeper relaxation during sleep. This works best if taken 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime. Don't be shocked if you start having some wild dreams.

For your convenience, I have provided a list of what I feel is the best ZMA supplement to use. I know there are three listed below but I couldn’t choose the best one out of the bunch. So, I put them all on this page. Whichever one you do decide to select will work out very well.

Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate Clinical Studies

Lorrie Brilla, PhD, a sports performance researcher at Western Washington University, recently reported that it significantly increase free testosterone levels and muscle strength in NCAA football players.

The study results were presented by Dr. Brilla on June 2, 1999, at the 46th Annual Meeting of the American College of Sports Medicine in Seattle, WA, and were published in the official ACSM journal, Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, Vol. 31, No. 5, May 1999.

Specifically, Brilla reported that a group of competitive NCAA football players who took it nightly during an eight-week spring training program had 2.5 times greater muscle gains than a placebo group. (250% better results!) Pre and post leg strength measurements were made using a Biodex isokinetic dynamometer.

The strength of the group increased by 11.6% compared to only a 4.6% increase in the placebo group. Many other studies have shown the same results. The group had 30% increases in free and total testosterone levels compared to 10 percent decreases in the placebo group...

The group also had a slight increase in insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels compared to a 20 percent decrease in the placebo group. This study shows that anabolic hormone and muscle increases can be induced in already trained athletes by using a novel zinc-magnesium preparation.

No wonder bodybuilders around the world are seeing better gains than ever before. No question about it, Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate has the scientific research and real world subjective evidence to launch it to a level previously held only by creatine.

The Bottom Line

I tried a it for four weeks, and like the results. Although it is not a miracle product, I have decided to add it to my schedule consisting of my usual multivitamin, creatine, and whey protein.

Overall, it seems like a great product. You're receiving the valuable minerals your body needs in a blend that has been shown to increase testosterone and provide strength gains. It’s also quite cost effective. So, I certainly suggest using it.
