While Cytodyne Xenadrine EFX represents the peak of the best results its effects is an amalgamation of several factors to achieve fat and general weight loss:

Dosage Information
It is suggested that as a fat loss supplement, Cytodyne Xenadrine EFX must be taken in the following manner: Two (2) capsules must be taken before breakfast or one’s morning exercise program; two (2) capsules in the mid-afternoon with a full glass of water. Cytodyne Xenadrine EFX must not be taken in the evening and one must not exceed four (4) capsules per day. Those under 150 lbs may wish to begin with one (1) capsule twice per day (or half the recommended normal dosage). It is best to combine Xenadrine with a reduced fat diet and exercise regimen.
As in most fat and weight loss supplements, it must be taken, under the direct supervision of a registered physician. There is an age restriction for this supplement, as you must not use this product if you’re under 18.
By all means, please do not take Xenadrine if you are pregnant, lactating, under treatment or at risk of having high blood pressure and heart disease, renal disease, hyperthyroidism, spasms, psychiatric disease, suffer from migraines or are allergic to tyramine or chocolate, have asthma or are taking asthma medication, or taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
As this product already has caffeine in it, it is advisable to limit caffeine intake so as not to saturate the body with too much caffeine that may cause central nervous system diseases, nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat.

Surely, nobody wants to carry around several extra pounds of body weight, especially if such consist mostly of fat. Vanity aside, people who don’t lug around additional body weight generally move quicker. More importantly, they are less prone to cardiovascular diseases and stroke, diabetes, cancer, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, gallbladder and fatty liver diseases. I guess that would be incentive enough for anyone to consider.
