In my opinion, Ephedrine is safe when used as directed. I've been using it for years to burn fat and never had a problem. Just make sure you never go over 50mg. daily or no more than 25mg. at one time to play it safe.
However, Vaspro MegaPro Ephedrine HCL should be taken in responsibly. Before taking this product, a physician should be consulted. Unless directed by a physician, this should not be taken by a person who has not been diagnosed with asthma or those with history of diabetes, thyroid disease, problems with urination due to abnormal prostrate glands, high blood pressure, and heart problems.

Vasopro Dosage for Asthma Treatment
Adults and children over twelve years old can take one tablet of MegaPro Vasopro every four to six hours—but not exceeding four tablets in twenty-four hours.
Note: this product is limited only to those over eighteen (18) years old. Children under twelve and pregnant women, should only take it as directed by a physician.
