Muscle Milk Dosage Information

Mix two scoops or one packet in 10-12 oz of water. Cytosport says that if you mix it with low-fat milk that it tastes like a real milkshake.

For best results, have a shake 30 minutes - 2 hours before your workout as you would a performance protein drink. If you decide to include a shake during your workout, mix it with Cytomax to rush your body with growth nutrients and acid-buffering agents.
