I just finished my last bottle of the Biotest Hot Rox. Took it for 6 weeks so far. Not bad, lost about 5 lbs. I think this product is pretty good. I recommend it. I hope that I can lose even more. How to Take Hot Rox
As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules in the morning prior to breakfast and one or two capsules six hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water.
