I used animal stack twice....first cycle was the one pill deal...when i used it my gains were significant...i have no recorded documents of my gains but i could tell a difference becoming stronger every day....after the bottle was done i started the 11 pills per pack ...it wasn't bad and yet again the gains started coming in...i couldn't dread the hours of waiting to leave school and go hit the gym...it was auctuallt the only thing i wanted to do...all i got out of bed for...i give this supplement a good review but the only side effect i noticed was i started getting irritable and only wanted to work out eat and sleep...it was so intense i over worked my body so if you use this product just be cautious but enjoy your gains,i hope this helps

I love it. I have just completed one cycle and I gained 2" on my chest and 3" on my arms. I was taking Andro products previously and I never saw gains like this. I am staying lean and packing on the muscle.

Animal Stak gave me so much energy in the gym I did not feel like leaving! The product is well worth the money spent, and is very easy to manage, just open a pack before going to the gym and your ready to go. It is probably the most effective product for muscle gain since creatine! After "hitting the wall" in my gains, it helped break the barrier, and I have only been using it for one 3 week cycle so far!

I have been on the stak for a month now and gained around 10 pounds. My arms grew a 1/2 inch and my chest went up 3/4. I have not seen any side effects yet I am only taking one packet a day. I would consider my self a hard gainer. Hope this helps.

Animal Stack Dosage Information

Take one Animal Stak packet each day for 21 days. It works best when you take the pack 45 minutes before your workout on days that you train and take in between meals on your off days. That’s all there is to it. Just be sure to cycle a week off between every 3-week period since it is a prohormone product.

The Bottom Line

This product has been around for a while, since 1998 to be exact. However, Universal Nutrition did recently change the formula to accommodate the recent ephedra and prohormone ban in the U.S.

Nevertheless, it has been very popular among bodybuilders and strength athletes for years. Because not only does it actually work but also it greatly minimizes the unwanted side effects found in many products these days. It’s no wonder why it has been a top seller.
