For a start the Animal m stak rocks. It gave me the effect of being energetic and stamina for long period of time in the gym. The draw back from this product was that i've experianced a very strong feeling of nausesness and dizziness for a couple of minutes and then it just disappeared but it was an unpleasent experince. About Methoxy and Ecdysterone
